Which payment methods do you accept?

Atelier des Femmes accepts iDEAL, Credit Card, Klarna, SOFORT Banking, PayPal and Bancontact / Mister Cash.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a track & trace number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping within the Netherlands takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping to Belgium or Germany takes around 2 business days.

Please keep in mind that shipping may take longer during busy periods like Christmas.

Can I choose a delivery date or time?

No, your order will be processed as soon as the order is confirmed. Fortunately most of our order are sent by mailbox package, so you don’t have to stay at home to accept the package.

How can I return a product?

Items from Atelier des Femmes can be returned within 14 days after the date of delivery. The items have to be in perfect condition.

Please write an e-mail to info@atelierdesfemmes.com if you want to return items.

Can I exchange a product?

To exchange an item for a different product we kindly ask you to place a new order. The process of exchanging an item is the same as returning an item. Please be aware that you will have 14 days from the day that you have received your order to return a product.

Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders after it is placed and confirmed. Orders can always be returned according our return policy.
